My big brother @joakimolinyoga asked me to use one word to describe what’s yoga to me, my answer is “LOVE”
Yoga gives me love, yoga changed the way I live, the way I interact with others, bringing all the beautiful souls and energy to my life, & I see everything differently, I stopped taking things for granted, I begin to appreciate everything, good or bad, everything becomes perfect, everything happens the way it’s supposed to be & that’s for us.
I begin to love harder, begin to value more all the intangible things, yoga opens up my heart, and I think I would like to give it back, I would love to share the love, that energy to whoever needs it, the love that we all need 💚
